Are you up for a new challenge in a thriving growing property business working for a highly experience and personable Director?
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors. Booking viewings, Tenant referencing, Organising repairs. Excellent organisational skills and communication will be required to be a successful negotiator.
It's a busy environment so you'll need to be organised and be good at working under pressure as you will have over 250 properties to manage so experience will be key to step into this role. They have built an excellent reputation and can now be selective about the properties they take on, meaning you are only working with good reliable landlords.
You must be proactive and work well as an individual but still be able to be part of a team. Excellent Customer Service experience along with Lettings is essential. Ongoing training and support will be provided. Opportunities to develop your career within a growing property business.
Monday to Friday 9am-(5pm
(Also we have a Part Time opportunity available to work around you - 16 hours offered at part time)
No weekend working required!
With regards to bonus they operate a flat fee structure with their landlords so will talk to you about different bonus incentives to ensure you are fully motivated, they are a small company so are able to be flexible and adaptable to suit your individual requirements.
