The opportunity has arisen to be a part of a rapidly growing, secure manufacturing company based in Cambridgeshire. The business have flourished in their fifteen years of operation and now sit at the top of their industry

The shift pattern is 4on 3off, working 10 hour day shifts, starting at 7am or 8am. This company offer fantastic training and good progression roots.

The purpose of this position is to lead, motivate and inspire your team so that they hit all required KPI's/targets. You'll be assisting the Senior Section Leader with day to day tasks, meeting and fulfilling daily customer orders and maintaining health and safety requirements.

What will you need?

• Supervisory experience within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This could be retail, hospitality, warehousing, manufacturing, fast-food, ex-military, call centre or a variety of backgrounds. Ideally you'll have lead a team of at least 8 staff
• Ability to travel to site (bus routes likely won't work)
• Confidence to successfully lead, motivate and inspire a team of workers
