This operationally focused Management Accountant role will suit someone who enjoys analysis and communicating with stakeholders and is looking to build upon their commercial experience in a fast-paced team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside one other Management Accountant this is an operationally focused position and duties will include
- Interrogating weekly sales data
- Reviewing and reporting on variances and accounting for anomalies
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders explaining the information gleaned and recommending areas for improvement
- Labour review and analysis
- Producing ad hoc reports
A keen eye for detail and the ability to interact with non-finance personnel is essential to the success of this position.
Additionally, strong Excel skills and a deadline focused approach are essential attributes.
The successful candidate may be AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA or CIMA and study support will be available if appropriate.
