An expanding company in the field of Biotech and Life Science manufacturing that are internationally recognised as an innovator within their sector is now looking to grow their finance division with an experienced Management Accountant.

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be taking a key role in the month end process, managing the monthly management accounts and board reports for the UK, US and European divisions.

You'll be an integral part of the team providing support and business partnering for senior management, looking at production and gross margin analysis, inventory and stock reporting and providing financial support cycle counting. You'll be called upon to work closely with the Financial Controller to help develop the financial systems and the preparation of statutory reporting.

You need to come into the role with sold technical skills and ideally an understanding of management reporting within another manufacturing organisation. Clear communication is essential and a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification would be preferable.
