The ONE Group are partnered with one of the UK's leading agricultural businesses, to help them build their Finance Function with the addition of a Management Accountant to the team. The role is mainly on-site and could offer a 4 day in office 1 day at home split. They're looking for someone ideally who is looking to continue their studies and utilise the study support package on offer.
Sitting within an already established finance team of 4 you will be the 5th cog in the machine and oversee the smooth running of the management accounts pack, you'll have some help from the finance manager for final checks and reviews, but management accounts are your bag and therefore previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of management accounts packs
- Weekly stock reconciliations
- Some partnering with farmers, ops or admin teams
- Working with members of finance to assess variance in budgets and forecast
Our client are willing to pay £35,000-£40,000 + study support and 31 days holiday as well as other standard benefits. They also are offering a streamlined 2 interview process.
