The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a globally renowned organisation, who come with a fantastic reputation as an employer in the local area. As a result of a number of positive growth plans the have in place in the near future, they are looking to appoint an experienced and analytically minded Management Accountant on a contract basis which will span for 18 to 24 months.
Reporting into the Finance Manager and sitting within the central finance function, your day to day duties will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts for a number of functions within the group.
- Ensuring costs and revenue are correctly posted into the P&L.
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts.
- Producing and posting recharges.
- Ad hoc tasks centred around month end processes.
To be considered for the role you will ideally hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or significant experience to match, you will also need to possess advanced Microsoft Excel and extensive management accounts experience in a fast paced environment. SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility is the main selling point with this employer, their finance team are based in Peterborough and you will be required to spend some time in the office during training periods, however after that the choice is yours! You can work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis or 100% if you wish!
The salary for the role is paying between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum.
