Responsibilities include delivery and update of Operational MI and development of reports, dashboards, forecasts and insights, amongst other things.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating SQL queries, Excel, VBA, Access and Power BI. Experience with contact centre reporting/analysis will get you to the top of the list.
