As a successful and fast-growing consultancy, my client is looking to bring on board individuals who are passionate about HR technology and keen to be Consultants. This role is the ideal opportunity for a HR Professional, with 3-5 years of operational and HR Transformation experience. You will also have implemented SaaS solutions for HR, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the deployment of new technology. This role is a blend of stakeholder and project management, solution and process design and change management with a focus on supporting HR teams and the wider business through their transformation journey.

You will be responsible for the following:-

  • Advising clients on HR service design and changing operating models that result from the deployment of technology and automation
  • Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a road-map and action plan.
  • Providing support and expertise with HR service design, operating models and capability.
  • Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of HR technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.
  • Supporting clients to design technology and automation solutions, including facilitation of design decisions.
  • Mapping and documenting HR processes.
  • Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions.
  • Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per design and meets the requirements of the business.
  • Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.

You will need the following experience:-

  • 2:1 or above from a globally recognised University or Business School.
  • HR Qualifications, ideally CIPD or working towards similar.
  • Experience of deploying HR solutions.
  • Experience of HR processes and process mapping.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to travel in the UK and Europe

In return they offer a salary of between £75-115k (this depends on the level of experience).
