Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will track leads through the marketing funnel - qualifying leads, deciding their order of importance and what should be done with them.

If you've ever used Pardot before (desirable but not essential) you'll know that Pardot scores leads for you. If a lead is given a score of over 100 - that would usually be a pretty good lead - worth someone following up on. In this role you will determine if that is true... has someone just downloaded a single White paper 20 times by accident or is this a legitimate lead? and if so who should follow up? Maybe sales? Maybe targeted Paid Social Campaigns? - You'll get to know the team and be able to prioritise and communicate urgent leads to be followed up on.

The ultimate aim of this role is to prove analytic capabilities, help Sales & Marketing make better, faster and more data-driven decisions, promoting good data practices and identify actionable insights.

What you'll need to be successful...

Yes you'll LOVE data - that is important, but you'll do more than that - you'll be curious and commercial and present ideas that can drive results.

You'll love that your ideas are appreciated and your voice heard (but will also appreciate that, your idea might not be right for the business right now but that "no" is never a NO, more of a "not right now" and be okay with that, offering up other ideas without disdain.

Experience with Salesforce is a must ... unless you are a CRM whiz that picks up systems and different ways to segment data and track leads with ease and your willing to learn the ins and outs of Salesforce, before you start, then I applaud your drive and think it's definitely worth discussing.

Length of Role and Flexibility
Flexible working is available both on hours: You could have a lie in and do 9:30am-6pm or early birds could do 8am-4:30pm. This role is initially a 12 month Maternity Cover - with a high chance to be kept on in the business after the initial cover. Working from home / remote working is available too 2-3 days a week

Due to the location of the office this role is commutable from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas including Northampton, Bedford, Aylesbury, Buckingham etc. Flexible working is available so if you don't mind travelling further if you are commuting fewer days, the role could be commutable from across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
