A global business that provide high-end kitchen and bathroom products are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. This role will work closely with the Communications Manager at the same level in a different division, report into Sales and manage a Digital Marketing Specialist with a view of innovating and accelerating both online and offline marketing comms.

As a result of the ever changing trends in interior design and the new found skills in DIY that many people discovered during lockdown, this business has thrived!


Working for this thriving business as their Marketing Manager means overseeing all external marketing communications across POS, in-store marketing, brochures, websites, social media, promotional email, and any further methods required to reach their target audience.


Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Manage a 360 degree (all media-all targets) communication strategy and the related implementation plan for the year.
  • Monitor and structure information on competitor activities.
  • Develop knowledge on customers specific needs based on segment and type.
  • Develop specific knowledge on the customer journey on different media and apply this to digital and non-digital tools to be made available to our customer as a primary way to influence their preference.
  • Coordinate the marketing mix and propose innovative marketing tools to outpace competition.
  • Bring strong offline and POS knowledge to compliment the digital skill set the Digital Marketing Specialist brings.
  • Work on efficiency to optimise budgets and their usage.
  • Monitor and replenish marketing tools based on consumption historical data and sales forecasts.
  • Clearly articulate the communication strategy and its implementation with internal and external audiences.

Due to the locations the office is commutable from Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering, Northampton, Corby, Market Harborough, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Bedford, Milton Keynes.
