You will play a key role in their health/medical devices team as a client facing project lead, using your insight into the healthcare market to uncover new business prospects and areas to develop medical technology consultancy services. This role will be mainly office based with ad hoc remote working.
The important bits:
- An impressive academic record from a respected university or degree course in Mechanical Engineering or similar. A PhD would also be advantageous.
- At least 2 years' postgrad experience (we will consider candidates who have just completed their PhD).
- Ideally from a medical devices background, but not essential
- Experience in any of the following areas would be highly desirable:
- Surgical robotics or instrumentation
- Non-invasive surgery including ultrasound
- Eye care
- You should have experience of leading projects from beginning to end
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics
- Excellent client facing skills
