Microsoft Consultant - Solutions, Office 365

Unique opportunity for a Microsoft Consultant with an Office 365 specialism to join a highly regarded technology provider who have supported the areas leading organisations for over 30 years. The role offers flexible home working and the bulk of the work can be carried out remote.

Keeping the customer at the heart of what you do, you will review customer infrastructures and suggest appropriate technical solutions and products owning the solution from conception to support handover.

This is a new hire and the chance to build your own Microsoft practice. You will have the backing of technical support experts, account managers and the solutions team as you leverage business within an extensive existing client base and extend the technology portfolio to include the latest Microsoft Office 365 offerings.

Role/Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support to help our customers understand which IT solution can complement their existing systems.
Be a SharePoint ambassador, empowering the company and customers to effectively utilise SharePoint and other O365 tools.
Support New Business to win support contracts by providing expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, Sharepoint.
Provide support to Account Managers to help them hit their digital targets.
Support with tenders and provide quotes as required in line with set SLA's.
Train the Field Sales team on IT products and services, coaching them in the best methods to present and demonstrate
Produce and deliver relevant IT related webinars.
Produce relevant news items and industry updates to allow our Sales teams to
promote our IT products and services.
Use and keep up to date the Layer (CRM) system for all work and opportunities
