Multi-Skilled Building Services Technician - Building Services

On a day-to-day basis you will ensure routine maintenance is carried out to the clients building plant, equipment and exceed expectations to the agreed service level agreements. Whilst also undertaking Technical Risk Assessments and method statement reviews and critique of the clients 'third party' hard services contractors.
You will be working for a well-respected Engineering/Building Services company whose current contract runs until December 2023 (possibility of extension) with a prestigious, forward thinking Medical Devices company based in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working in commercial building services environment (particularly closed control environments)
- HV/LV competent or approved person status experience
- 18th Edition IEE qualification
- BS 7671 "requirements for electrical installations" accreditation
