The One Group are working with a global forward-thinking brand within the cleaning industry with a reputation of being one the leaders in their industry, they provide excellent customer service and quality products they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to join their team and grow the hospitality division of the business.

This is a an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated and enjoys autonomy, you will be a part of a stable and supportive team.


Within your role at as a National Account Manager you will be responsible but not limited to:

  • Your focus will be on growing revenue with the company's current Hospitality accounts within the UK, with a focus on large multi-site opportunities driving sales of their varied product range.
  • Managing relationships with current customer accounts ensuring contractual commitments are met, and sales targets are met.
  • Identifying and developing new customers within the hospitality industry.
  • Develop insight into competitor products and their approach.
  • Negotiation and formalise service level agreements with customers.
  • Attendance of industry specific events.
  • Work closely across the business with various teams to support the overall goal of developing the offering within the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, where revenue and relationship building has been a key aspect to your role, you will be able to work autonomously as well as in a team, ideally you will have experience of selling and developing relationships within the Hospitality industry, understand the sales cycle and importance of customer service.

This role will be fully remote, with a national reach across the UK where you will manage your own diary in regards to customer visits, you will have the opportunity to visit two UK sites when required.

Salary: up to £52,000 package, yearly bonus of up to 30% (quarterly paid), company car, fuel card, company phone and laptop, Employee Assistance, and wellbeing programme, Medicash.
