Our client, a hugely successful and long-established agricultural business who champion and drive responsible agriculture, is recruiting for a National Sales Manager position.
You will report to the Commercial Director and have responsibility for the line management of the Game Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to maximise performance, develop skills and promote succession.
- Liaise with key stakeholders both internal/external to develop and deliver sales plans
- Engage with business improvement initiatives around the areas of forecasting, pricing processes, portfolio rationalisation, service flexibility, KPIs, technical performance data and on farm health and safety.
This role is homebased but will require national travel to visit clients and with some overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is essential.
To apply you will be a proven sales professional within the farming / agricultural sector and have the ability to lead a successful team to achieve targets and goals. Knowledge, experience or contacts within the Game sector would be beneficial.
Additionally, you will be highly self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills.
