Network Engineer - Wireless, LAN (Remote)

Top opportunity for a Network Support Engineer to work supporting a diverse customer base including historical sporting associations and globally recognised sporting events.
You will be based from home but would ideally need to be within an hour or so of London. Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Watford etc would be ideal.
You will get the chance to pursue vendor accreditation's on the Job and gain experience with Cisco LAN, Extreme, Aruba, Meraki, HP and VOIP/UC an environment that supports in development both inhouse and with vendors.

Role/Responsibilities
Configure, test, deploy and maintain LAN/WAN and WLAN equipment and related services.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems.
Deployment and use of management tools such as Extreme Netsight, Alcatel Omnivista, HP IMC and PRTG
Provide post-sales technical support.
Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration.
Obtain and maintain required certifications to sustain our partnership with key vendors.
RF surveys using Ekahau or Airmagnet
Hands-on experience or capability of implementing and administrating network devices and associated software.
Firewalls (Desirable).
Educated to Cisco CCNA or equivalent with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks and protocols.
WiFi technology configuration
Previous responsibility for providing customer support.
