The One Group are proud to be working with a well-established Food Packaging business in Cambridgeshire who work with top household brand named customers! Luckily for you my client is on the lookout for a NPI Technician to join their New Product Introduction Team in Cambridgeshire.

You will be a key link between NPD, Production and Sales, ensuring new tools are implemented for optimal production flow at their manufacturing sites, and customer sites! On a day-to-day basis you will review tray and pot designs with NPD and sales estimate tool layouts and supply tool costs as required on new projects; approving new tools, ensuring the products are to specification and recorded on the commissioning checklist.

Ideally you will have had a couple of years experience in a similar role, knowledge of design programs such as Solidworks or Unigraphics would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

The ideal background can be a toolmaker, industrial technician or similar technical role
