Your Role: As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Operations department, providing crucial support to various areas of the school as needed. They are looking for candidates with exceptional organizational and administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication abilities, a capacity for quick learning, and the adaptability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your role will encompass tasks ranging from data entry and record-keeping to complex planning and scheduling, as well as communication with parents.
Your Team: You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Administration Manager, Co-curricular Lead, Data and Applications Administrator, as well as other dedicated support staff. Collaboration is key at this school,and you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the entire staff community.
