Job Title: IT Engineer
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Type Of Employment: 12 month FTC (with expected further 12 month renewal)
Location: Middlesbrough
Working hours: Monday - Friday between shifts between 09:00 - 17:00
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced IT Support Engineer looking for a new challenge. If so we have a great opportunity to for you to join one of our well renowned global clients proving onsite Support for one their Middlesbrough based clients. This is a customer facing role so if you are confident and enjoy engaging with people and being the face of the organisation then this position will suit you well.
As an Onsite Engineer you will:
- Experience providing 1st & 2nd line Helpdesk and Desktop Support
- Hold experience installing, troubleshooting, fixing a variety of hardware devices
- Experience with PC and Laptop Imaging
- Diagnose and repairing a variety of IT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers
- Provide IT hardware support, for installs moves and changes across client sites.
- Have the physical strength and dexterity to carry IT equipment and work in awkward or tight spaces
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy engaging with others and maintain high levels of customer service
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Hold or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
- Hold a Full UK driving license
- Develop, grow and maintain professional working relationships with customers and internal teams
