This Operations Manager position, which is being recruited to cover a period of maternity leave, is pivotal in the ongoing success and growth of our clients global reaching service which delves into some of the most talked about, cutting edge, non-traditional finance methods.
Working 32 hours a week and attracting a salary of £24,500 - £32,000 (this is the pro rata salary, FTE of £30,000 - £40,000) this maternity cover role will currently be a mixture of hybrid working, when on-site parking will not be available, but the offices are easily accessed via public transport due to their Central Cambridge location.
Joining this close-knit team of 15, you will be line managing 5 individuals and working across a range of areas. You will need to be confident and enjoy working in a diverse position that requires high levels of collaboration and partnership.
