We are recruiting for an Optical Engineer on behalf of a Cambridge based deeptech startup. They're using innovative nanotechnology to devise ambitious solutions for optical applications, including VR and AR.

The Role:
- Design novel optical components and systems for various projects
- Optimise the design to production level
About You:
- Suitable Degree
- Good knowledge in geometrical and ray optics
- Experience in lens design at product level.
- Experience in bench-top experimental optics
- Knowledge and experience in optical design and design tools such as OpticStudio or similar tools
- Collaborative in a multi-disciplinary and fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in bench-top experimental optics
