Your main responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure an excellent order fulfilment function
• Coach and develop the team
• Ensure all order confirmations are received within 48 hours and managing suppliers for date stability and managing to lead times or better
• Proactively manage risk and opportunity for revenue
• Work with EMEA procurement to ensure you are always using the best suppliers
• Manage price increase and product obsolescence processes
• Ensure communication to critical stakeholders
• Work with suppliers to maximise customer satisfaction
• Create and manage a continuous improvement environment
