The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing and well established business in March on a part time, permanent basis.

This role would see you working 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday and is a key role which will see you talking with many key contacts across the business, your duties will include:

  • Set up new employee's on the payroll system
  • Collate and calculate times from tensor reports for both casual and permanent employees on a weekly basis
  • Transfer payroll hours into excel
  • Process agency time sheets on a daily basis to match with weekly invoices
  • Year end calculations and reporting

It is essential that you have existing payroll experience to ensure you could hit the ground running within this position as well as experience using Sage payroll.
