HR Business Partner/People Partner 12 month FTC - 30 hours per week

New Year, New Opportunity!
I looking for an experienced HR professional that would like to work for a flexible employer offering 30 hours a week to be carried out over 4 days.

You will be joining an established team with family friendly policies and flexible working options, an employee assistance programme and various other benefits.

You will need to be CIPD qualified to level 7 or working towards it and have demonstrable experience of delivering professional, high quality and people focused service to leaders at an operational level.

If you are passionate about coaching and influencing managers from a people perspective and have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and an extensive knowledge of generalist people/HR practice and its contribution to organisational success, this would be a great position for you.

You will need to liaise with and develop constructive working relationships with all employee groups, managers and representative bodies.
Ideally you will have experience of working on projects and managing change along with developing and updating policies and procedures.
