Guiding and overseeing 3 Directors based within Luton & London.
Duties:
- Managing their complex diary's
- Assessing priority of appointments
- Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval
- Liaising with clients mainly over the telephone
- Acts as point of contact between Director and Heads of Department
- Filing and eFiling of incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
- Meeting rooms and catering booked in advance for all meetings where relevant (reception and security notified of visitors).
- Prepares Expenses submission
Skills:
- Accurate typing skills & good presentation skills
- Taking care and attention in relations to all correspondence and documentation
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills reflected in work produced
- A methodical and organised approach
- Good organisational skills to ensure that tasks are effectively scheduled within working time available and that urgent work is completed and returned within the specified timescales
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of electronic systems management, ideally SharePoint
Working 3 days within Luton & London, 2 days home based.
