This is an incredibly exciting Product Manager position within a Biotechnology business who are currently world leading within Neuroscience Technology. For over 30 years, their technology has been at the forefront of scientific discovery, delivering value to research institutions, healthcare providers and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide.

They are looking for someone who has experience within B2B cloud based digital products. Ideally this would be within the pharmaceutical, life science or clinical trials industries. This role requires knowledge and experience of the full product development lifecycle from market research to launch. Particularly people who have experience of market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and value proposition development.

As a product manager, you will strategically plan, implement and manage products to drive their commercial success. Typical responsibilities will include: Plan and implement product marketing plans and support sales objectives for assigned products; Conduct product launches, including preparing training documents and materials; Monitor performance of current products by collecting, collating and analysing customer and commercial feedback; Conduct market research to include market size, dynamics and competitive research; Develop and manage new product launch plans across functions and ensure delivery on time and on budget and to pre-agreed specifications; plus much more.

The right person:

- At least 2 years B2B experience in product management working with either digital/cloud software products or within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Must have worked in the regulated space or demonstrate very strong understanding
- Clinical validation
- Managed at least two or more end to end product cycles
- Full understanding of the Market Research element and framework setting - this is key

The role would suit candidates living in and around Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Ives, Stamford, Oundle, Oakham, Cambridge, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Kettering, Corby, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Wellingborough and surrounding areas.
