My client, a highly recognisable food manufacturer, have a vacancy for a talented Area Manager to lead, inspire & motivate their staff.

In this fast-paced environment you will be tasked with ensuring staff motivation remains high, departmental KPI's are met, continuous improvement methodologies are adhered to and H&S requirements are followed.

Your team will have roughly 40 members of staff in it and many of them are long-serving & loyal staff who perform their jobs well.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00, although there may be some flexibility on this for the right candidate.


What will you need?

• Management experienced within an FMCG factory (ideally food production)
• Ability to lead & inspire people
• Self-motivated personality
