What will you need?
- Extensive Production Management background within FMCG manufacturing
- The ability to lead and inspire a large team, leading by example
- Experience of working to tight deadlines managing conflicting demands
- A comfortableness flexing your management style
- An analytical mind which is proficient at interrogating and manipulating spreadsheets
- Great change management skills
