Production/Operations Manager required for medium sized manufacturing business in Wisbech area. This business is currently undergoing a large-scale transformation project and will provide you with the opportunity to significantly develop your skillset.

The business operates Monday to Friday, with weekends & bank holidays closed.
Reporting to the COO, you will be tasked with running the shopfloor and keeping energy levels high, production processes smoothly running & ensuring standards remain consistent. The COO has more of a strategic role and focusses more on projects, leaving you to run the day-to-day operations.
What will you need?
- Solid leadership experience - with the ability to maintain high morale in a complex & frequently changing environment. Inspiring enthusiasm with your excellent communications skills.
- Production management - To lead an experienced production unit, you'll need to be a production expert. Ideally within a process that is bespoke & made to order.
- Change management expert - With all the change going on in this business, they need someone who can communicate this effectively to the staff and retain their buy-in.
