We're on the lookout for an experienced production or demand planner to join one of Northamptonshire's premier food manufacturing sites.

This is a business which has strong history and an even more interesting future.

You'll be joining an experienced team with many of your colleagues having been with the business for several years. There is lots of room for progression too and elevating your career.

In terms of responsibilities, the role will involve; managing production schedules for the site on a weekly and daily basis, interpreting data to analyse trends, delivering department KPI's, providing insights for management and in short - preparing accurate plans that enable production to work as efficiently as possible.

Ideally you'll already have some experience in planning within the food manufacturing industry, or another fast-paced world such as packaging, or other FMCG.

What will you need?

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in either production or demand planning for a food manufacturing business
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace with minimal error
• Strong excel knowledge
