Do you have what it takes to lead, motivate and inspire a large production team in one of Cambridgeshire's biggest and best food manufacturers?

It's certainly not a role for the faint-hearted. This is a very fast-paced food production environment with an enviable customer base. You'll need to be of great calibre, with an impressive background behind you.

The business involved are highly recognisable with a great reputation, and growth in recent years that other producers can only dream of.

This will definitely be a hands-on role, as you'll need to make sure that your team are performing at the right levels and all internal KPI's are met. It's a high-volume processing site, so anything that affects this performance will need to be managed quickly.

Background-wise, we can be flexible with what kind of food you've been working with so far, however preference will be given to candidates with high-volume experience on the CV.

What will you need?

* Production management background within food manufacturing
* A cool, calm and decisive mindset
* Ability to lead large teams
* Ideally exposure to retail standards of food production
