The One Group are currently working with a leading Automotive Manufacturer in the Northamptonshire area who are currently seeking a Production Shift Supervisor on a late shift.

This is a senior role working within a reputable company where you will support GAP leaders and assist in managing the shop floor to bring out the best in production and the people you will be working with.
The company supply the likes of windshields and windscreens to Automotive customers globally and are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to work the 2pm-10pm late shift where you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring production lines are running smoothly
• Ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently, on time and within budget to a high standard
• Prevent and identify risks on the shop floor
• Managing the labour of staff

The client is ideally looking for someone who is experienced in conflict resolution with a background in manufacturing who has experience in managing production lines.
