This high-quality bespoke manufacturer has grown rapidly in recent years and are seeking to enhance their operation even further, by adding in a talented Production Team Leader.

The company are going through a large-scale transformation project currently which will provide lots of exciting opportunity for you to develop. You will be responsible for your own area of the factory and ensure that departmental KPI's are managed/hit, H&S is adhered to, staff are suitably motivated, product quality remains high and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified and put into place.
