Due to business growth, our client are looking to strengthen their workforce with an additional, experienced leader capable of managing a medium size team (10-15 staff) in a precision manufacturing environment. This isn't your typical team leader role, as you'll be given a good list of responsibilities to look after as well as the management of your team.

You'll need to have a strong steer of operational terminology and how to measure them, including; OEE, COSH/COMAH, CI/Six Sigma, automated production processes and data reporting. All of these skills will indicate that you not only know how to run a manufacturing team, but you also know how to improve departmental efficiencies.

What will you need?

* Strong leadership ability with a focus on coaching
* Operational knowledge as detailed above
* Good communication abilities at all levels
* Manufacturing/production/engineering background
* Engineered surfaces & timber experience would be ideal
