The ONE Group are supporting a manufacturing company in Huntingdon and are recruiting for a Production Team Leader.

You will be working double day shifts alternating each week, as follows:

• Early shift: Monday - Friday (5.45am - 2.15pm)
• Late shift: Monday - Friday (1.45pm - 10.15pm)

The Role:

• Train, lead and motivate a team to ensure production, in line with quality and performance targets
• Hands-on support to the production line
• Ensure any issues with staffing, processes and equipment is dealt with efficiently
• Maintain and update KPIs
• Communicate and report on KPIs to the Shift Supervisor
• Ensure staff are familiar with and fully trained on SOPs
• Plan, coordinate and organise staff training and development
• Manage holiday and absence within the team

About You:

• Experience working in a similar role in a production / manufacturing
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• IT competent
