This position as the Property Portfolio Manager may see you implementing future strategies and evaluating the existing property portfolio of a company which has organically grown over the past 50 years. You would be in a unique position to see this project from start to finish and contribute to a fast-growing international business.

This project has initially been set as a 6-month contract on a part-time basis of 15 hours per week, with the possibility of extension if needed. This position will be paying up to £60,000 pro rata for an individual with the right experience.

Skills and experience may include:

• 10+ years in property portfolio management
• An understanding of UK rates system legislation
• Excellent ability to negotiate
• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
• A background working with commercial properties

This role may involve some travelling to visit sites across the UK.
