This position is available, due to an internal promotion and although initially a 6 month fixed term contract, the large business has potential for a role to open up internally which they would encourage you to go into as they value their employees and recognise talent. Working full time as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will have great exposure to the wider finance teams, the office environment is very social and therefore make your time working for the business, fun and inclusive.
Your responsibilities will be fast paced and include:
- Process purchase orders, invoices and expenses
- Respond to and resolve purchase ledger queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Process weekly supplier payment runs and liaise with suppliers
The successful candidate will have previous experience of Purchase Ledger to ensure you can hit the ground running and really sink your teeth into the role. You will need to have great attention to detail through all processes, use your initiative and be a great team player.

- £24,000-£26,000 per annum
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid Working (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days from home)
