Duties will include
- Undertaking required document control activity to ensure compliant
- To ensure all Quality and Compliance related activities owned and undertaken are coordinated, controlled and reported.
- Support team with root case analysis of activity and regard to customer complaints and professional services matter.
- Undertake internal audits
- Input, maintain and collate relevant data to support quality and compliance functionality
- Attend and participate in external assessments from accreditation and certification bodies
- Communicate and escalate relevant parties of improvement opportunities
- Participate in continuous improvement activity
