Our client, an international FMCG (non-food) business, are currently in process of making their mark in the local scene by constructing a huge, state of the art distribution centre.

Your role will be to engage and lead the department, ensure the SOP's are followed and understood, manage your team's operational activity so all required qc checks/processes are followed - all of this and more whilst maintaining the 'great place to work' mantra.

What will you need?

• Experience leading QC teams
• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse procedures
• Great communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire your team
