Due to impressive business growth in recent years, I am on the lookout for a talented Team Leader/Supervisor to manage a medium-sized team of quality staff and ensure all products are up to the highest standard.

The site processes a huge amount of fresh produce on a daily basis, so you will need to be from a similar fast-moving site to keep up with the pace! This is a business that loves to look after their employees and provide a great working environment - what more could you want?

What will you need?

• A background of quality assurance/quality control within a fresh produce packing environment (ideally fruit)
• Great communication skills
• Team Leader/Supervisory experience
• Confidence to lead a team successfully
