We are looking for an immediately available temporary Receptionist to cover on a part-time basis over the next few weeks at their stunning offices based in Newmarket.

This position will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, working between the hours of 8:40am-1:20pm and will be looking to pay £8.50ph.

Main duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls and transferring to the appropriate team member
  • Maintaining the 'extensions' and 'mobile' listing whilst circulating updates
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring all are signed in
  • Dealing with post and packages
  • Booking meeting rooms using a central calendar on Outlook
  • Responsible for catering, refreshments, stationery and equipment set up

The ideal candidate will have a background in Reception or Administration and will have an excellent telephone manner along with fantastic customer service skills.
