As the Reception / Administrator you will be a part of a supportive team who work with a collaborative approach to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
This position is varied and offers you the opportunity to grow and develop with the position.
Key duties of this role may include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and redirecting inbound calls
- Arranging flights and accommodation
- Ordering stock
- Creating purchase orders
- Basic quotations
- Assisting with general administrative tasks across departments
Who is the ideal candidate?
- A confident communicator
- A pro-active individual with an excellent ability to prioritise tasks
- Some previous experience in an office position is ideal
- Enthusiastic and approachable demeanour
Based full-time in the Great Gransden office, this role will be paying between £20,000-£22,000pa and offering flexibility with hours.
