As a receptionist you'll be the first point of contact for all visitors to our clients head office, our client's product is supplied across the globe into a range of settings and their brand is infamous within their industry. This receptionist role will attract a salary of £24,000 - £28,000, is initially being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract and offers on-site parking but, is also accessible via public transport from locations such as Ely and Cambridge.

This position is really well suited to an individual who enjoys a clearly defined role with plenty of support around, perhaps you have previous experience working within a reception role but you'd like more exposure to facilities? Perhaps you've experience working within more hospitality or retail based environments and now you'd like to move to an office setting?

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:-

• Prepare logs of visitors to site
• Meet and greet visitors
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Answering calls into the business
• Partner with the Facilities Supervisor and Security Manager
