I am delighted to be supporting a well-established, Ofsted outstanding further education organisation based in East of London as they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their fast-paced and supportive Human Resources team. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible, therefore candidates with short notice or immediately available should apply now!
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and committed Recruitment Administrator. You will be working closely with the wider HR team, internal stakeholders and Recruitment Advisor and undertake on-boarding processes and pre-employment checks for newly appointed staff and non payroll staff. You will provide a supportive customer-service approach to the recruitment team, managers, new employees and other stakeholders as well as become the System (iTrent) expert for Recruitment.
You must be able to start immediately. Please note that this is a busy office based role (you will be expected to work onsite at least 4 days a week).
You will also require the following experience:
- Experience of working in the FE Sector or wider Education Sector
- Experience of working in HR and/or Recruitment setting
- Experience of using iTrent system for recruitment administration
- Good knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment
- Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment
- Experience of working in a customer focused service
