Your role as the Recruitment Consultant:

Our Hertfordshire team is growing, which is why we want to hear from people like you that are looking to take on a brand-new exciting, busy and rewarding dual desk.

You will be based in our Finance Division, which is where The ONE Group's journey started! Our Finance team has grown consistently from day one, and you will be working alongside one of our top billers in the business to build a candidate and client base from scratch - or as we like to say, be the CEO of your own desk.

This desk will focus on all finance roles up to £70k and requires someone to be prepared to travel to Hertford-based clients to generate business. You'll need to be a confident individual in order to engage with a wide range of candidates, along with an underlying enthusiasm to build our new Hertfordshire patch.
