Experienced Recruitment Coordinator required to join a busy Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role within a global business.

This is predominantly a remote working role. The office is based in London so occasional travel for pre-booked meetings will be required. The contract offered will be for the next 4 months, this is subject to being extended although no guarantees can be given at this stage.
You will be required to proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques, focusing on hard-to-fill positions, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities. You'll be responsible for creating and managing a solid candidate pipeline of high-quality talent.
Other responsibilities will include creating and executing your own recruitment strategies, as well as leveraging various social media platforms to attract quality candidates. In order to be considered for the position you will ideally have experience in recruiting or sourcing and managing roles across a variety of sectors.

You will be managing an applicant tracking system and using other internal tools, so good IT skills would be very beneficial along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
