Working for a well known Cambridge based educational facility, a new opportunity has been created for a Recruitment Executive to join their dynamic team.
The main focus of this role is to build and maintain excellent working relationships with relevant organisations across Cambridgeshire. You will be designing, developing and maintaining recruitment resources to ensure the best experience for individuals starting on their programmes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Keep clear and detailed records using their management systems
- Reporting performance against target and pipeline
- Consistently achieve individual and team targets and KPIS through high standard of performance in-line with business expectations
- Establish and maintain excellent internal working relationships with all stakeholders including the internal business development and sales team
It is essential that the successful candidate have a background in recruitment, those that do not will not be considered for the role.
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working in the employability sector or working with people in non traditional teaching environments.
There will be a requirement on occasion to work some evenings and Saturdays.
