Role Description: The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and remortgage matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handle a variety of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- Looking for a few years' experience managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of residential conveyancing issues.
