This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable, established and continuously growing business who is a market leader within Telecommunications. A chance to work for a global business which is still evolving and still hitting their financial targets, even in the midst of a pandemic, which as I'm sure you'll agree, is a rarity!

Ideally it is required that you will be based in their offices which are based in North Cambridge and yes, they do have parking on-site!

The main purpose of this role is to work with the Senior Leadership Team and Sales Directors to formulate the go to market strategy for them. To increase sales, collate past data and focus on sales forecasting globally. You will be responsible for building relationships with teams globally, providing accurate forecasts and monitoring targets and the related commissions. You will also be expected to assist in the selection and implementation of a CRM from a Sales perspective.

This is a newly created position so really the world is your oyster! You will have the opportunity to mould this role however you like and create something truly fantastic!

You must be inquisitive in nature, looking at previous sales data to understand patterns and trends in the ever changing global market. You will be liaising with the Sales representatives on a regular basis, but also with the other divisions internally to ensure you have the full picture and can inform the leadership team accordingly.

A new CRM is on the horizon and you will have a large responsibility to lead this selection/ implementation process. This will involve working with stakeholders to understand their needs, researching possible CRM systems, and providing a presentation on which you think is the best for the company's needs. Previous experience leading a CRM implementation would be beneficial.

Although a second language is not essential, fluency in Spanish, Chinese or Mandarin would be very useful!

Salary for this position is circa £45k-£50k + Excellent company benefits and annual bonus.
