This position is to be based out of their modern offices, just North of Cambridge with free parking and onsite canteen.

Reporting to the Sales Director and supporting the wider Senior leadership team, you will be responsible for building relationships with sales teams all across the globe, reviewing their pipeline, providing accurate forecasts, and monitoring targets and the related commissions. This is a completely new position to the company, so you can really make it your own; to help shape the future prospects of an already tremendously successful sales team.
Must have Experience:
- Experience in determining the metrics for a Sales Scorecard
- Collate sales data, examine, and understand it and make recommendations on that data.
- Ability to consolidate sales teams forecasts and to be able to coach and drive sales review meetings from a sales perspective. "Presenting the true sales picture"
- Able to identify skill or resource gaps through data analysis and advise and plan on how to address these concerns.
You must be inquisitive in nature, looking at previous sales data to understand patterns and trends in the ever-changing global market. You will be liaising with the Sales representatives on a regular basis, but also with the other divisions internally to ensure you have the full picture and can inform the leadership team accordingly.
A new CRM is on the horizon and you will have a large responsibility to lead this selection/ implementation process. This will involve working with stakeholders to understand their needs, researching possible CRM systems, and providing a presentation on which you think is the best for the company's needs. Previous experience leading a CRM implementation would be beneficial.
Although a second language is not essential, it could come in handy!
Salary for this position is c£45k-£50k + Excellent company benefits and annual bonus.
